To thrive businesses in Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland need to be as productive, competitive and future-fit, as possible. With that aim in mind, it’s time to review and realign skills provision with the needs of employers. That starts with you. 

The Greater Lincolnshire & Rutland Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is now being carried out by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) on behalf of the UK Government. This is a great opportunity for employers of every size and sector, to share their views, wants, needs and frustrations on skills challenges and opportunities.

Completing this online survey will take around 15 minutes and represents a crucial step in shaping our local report and plan for the next three years. Please be assured that the results of this survey will be reported anonymously. All information captured will be used solely to inform the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Greater Lincolnshire & Rutland and will not be processed or shared for any other purpose or by any external party.
